Master Samuel Scott has been training Law Enforcement officers for over 20 years. In 2016, he along with his awesome team, were tasked to train one of the largest police department in the world, United Arab Emirates. This included Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Al’ ain.
He is the founder of Full Circle Martial Arts Academy and has passionately served the citizens of Prince Georges County, Maryland for over 26 years.
Master Scott and his team of Certified Blackbelts/Law Enforcement Officers goal in providing this FREE training is to help protect you physically and litigiously by teaching you some of our simple control hold tactics.
